Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of https://credoramanagement.com and related services/technologies (collectively, the “Products”) provided by Credora Management Ltd (registered company in Cyprus), and hosted/maintained by G. SOFRONIOU WEBZONE-CY LTD (Webzone-CY). Last updated: January 15, 2026.

The Policy protects Credora Management Ltd, users, and the wider Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, or unlawful activity.

1) Fair Use & Resource Limits

Use is expected to be business-as-usual. Excessive usage, API abuse, scraping, or attacks may lead to throttling, additional fees, or suspension.
Indicative limits (unless otherwise specified): reasonable requests per minute/IP, storage and bandwidth per account, form-email rate limiting with anti-spam controls.

2) Customer/User Accountability

Customers and end-users are responsible for their actions and safeguarding credentials. Unauthorised use due to inadequate security controls constitutes a breach.

3) Prohibited Activity

3.1 IP Infringement & Illegal Content

Transmitting/storing material that violates IP rights or export laws.
Obscene, defamatory, violent/hate content, or child sexual abuse material.

3.2 SPAM & Unauthorised Messaging

Unsolicited bulk/commercial messages, unconfirmed lists (confirmed opt-in required), purchased lists.
Messages that directly/indirectly drive recipients to a site hosted here for spam purposes are prohibited.

3.3 Security & Network Abuse

Hacking, cracking, phreaking, or penetration testing without prior written consent.
Introducing malware, DoS/DDoS, packet spoofing, sniffing, flooding, mail-bombing.
Circumventing security controls, robot restrictions, or using bot swarms to bypass rate limits.

3.4 Unlawful Activities

No use in connection with illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics/arms trafficking, or weapons of mass destruction.

4) Automation/AI & Scraping

Bots, scrapers, or AI tools are allowed only if they comply with technical/legal limits, respect robots.txt, rate limits, and IP. High-risk advice (medical/legal/investment) via automation is prohibited.

5) API Acceptable Use

Observe documented rate limits, scope API keys correctly, and keep secrets confidential.
No brokering/resale of access without permission.

6) Security & Incident Reporting

Webzone-CY applies security controls. If you discover a vulnerability, promptly report it to info@webzone-cy.com. Please avoid public disclosure until a fix is available.

7) Enforcement

Breaches may result in warning, temporary suspension, content removal, or termination, without credits/compensation where permitted by law. Severe cases may be reported to authorities.

8) Relationship to Other Documents

Use of the site is also governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

9) Changes to this Policy

Credora Management Ltd may update this Policy by posting a new version here. It becomes effective upon continued use after posting or after 30 days, whichever occurs first.
